It appears that this vent pipe flashing has been used by some animal(s) for sharpening their teeth. Also, the sun can eventually cause cracking and splitting, which allows rainwater in. In either case, I can either patch, replace, or cover the damaged flashing.

Workers sometimes nail footholds into steeper roofs and then either fill the holes with a rubbery sealant that fails after a few years, or even leave them unrepaired! I can find and repair these points to prevent water from leaking through the roof and causing destruction inside the house.

Some animals can be too effective in getting into your attic to build their nests. I can repair these problems so that the rain does not get in to cause more damage.
